Ensured Fashion’s return and exchange policy is designed to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free and smooth. In case your item does not live up to your satisfaction, we have a return and exchange policy that offers you an open solution.

By ordering from Ensured Fashion, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions.

Easy Returns & Exchange Eligibility

We provide a simple return and exchange procedure for qualifying products. Returns and exchange requests can be made up to 30 days after receipt, as long as the product qualifies under our return policy’s conditions.

Return period starts from the date the order is delivered to the customer.

Ensured Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

Reasons for exchanging a product may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Customer received the wrong size.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Defective item received.
  • Item damaged during shipping.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Made-to-order or customized items
  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or complimentary items
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, odor, stains, or misuse
  • Orders placed in an incorrect size selected by the customer at the time of purchase.

All exchange requests are contingent upon the availability of the item you would like in return. In the case that we do not have any more of that item available, Ensured Fashion may offer a refund, store credit, or an alternative product at its discretion.

Simple Return, Exchange & Refund Process

We aim to ensure that the return and exchange process is as easy as possible. To initiate a request, just provide our customer care employees with your order date and the explanation for your return or exchange.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Exchange Processing

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will execute your exchange depending on product availability. Refunds, store credits, or replacements are also provided for your convenience as per our discretion.

Returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival before approval of any refund or exchange.

Please contact our customer care in advance to avoid any problems when returning any purchased item.

Your items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include all original tags and labels
  • Include the original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
  • Must not show signs of use, damage, stains, odor, or alteration

Approved refunds will be provided using the original payment method if available.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to a defective item, shipping damage, or an error on our part, Ensured Fashion will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

For exchanges not caused by our error, customers may be responsible for reshipping charges.

Customers will receive the return address and instructions only after return approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Before shipment, all items are checked. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • An exchange
  • Store credit
  • A refund

Order Cancellation & Modification

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are processed.

Once an order enters the fulfilment or shipping stage, cancellation or modification requests may not be possible.
